How can I track my Order?

Once you get an email to confirm your order just sit back and relax.

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fullfill orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and carrier details with a link to their tracking reference number. Your address is printed onto the packaging and lodged by us personally with Australian Post.

How long will the shipping take?

Shipping time will depend on your location. The Australian Post quotes the estimated time for regular packages will be 2-8 business days

Are Signatures on Delivery still required?

Our shipping cost includes Signature on Delivery to ensure your order is delivered safely

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

 If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us straight away through hello.squidspace@gmail.com and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.
