Refunds

All items purchased in Australia on squidspace.com.au are covered under Australian Consumer Law. This means that if a product is found to be faulty or not fit for use, we will refund you for that item. 

Returns & Exchanges

All website purchases are final and we do not offer change of mind returns and exchanges. If you would like help selecting a gift, please reach out to us and we would be happy to assist in your selection. Alternatively, you could visit our stores in person in Melbourne or Brisbane. Please note stock does vary in each location and on the website, however this may allow you to see some of the product range in person.

Made a mistake?

If you made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately via the Contact Us page and in this instance we can amend your order if it has not been yet posted to Australia Post. Unfortunately if it has been posted, it will be too late to cancel the order, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you realise you have made a mistake.
